FEIJOO SUITE APARTMENT, Seville

The apartment sits on a quiet street in the city centre, putting the Royal Alcázar (17 min), La Giralda and Seville Cathedral (under 15 min), and the charming Barrio Santa Cruz (16 min) within easy walking distance. Plaza de Armas and Palacio de las Dueñas are also nearby, while Plaza de España and Maria Luisa Park are less than 3 km away. For airport transfers, Uber or a taxi from Seville Airport (11 km) is the most direct option. Multiple restaurants, bars and shops are within 0.5 km, and a bus stop to the train station is a short walk away.

The apartment contains one separate bedroom with comfortable beds (the unit has two beds in total), a living room with a seating area and flat-screen TV, and a bathroom with a shower, free toiletries, and a hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, and cookware, plus provided oil, salt, pepper, tea, and coffee. Air conditioning cools both rooms effectively even in summer heat, and heating is available for cooler months. Flooring is parquet throughout, and the apartment includes a washing machine, ironing facilities, a wardrobe, and a balcony. The atmosphere is modest but functional, clean, and spacious enough for two people.

The apartment's kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, and basic cooking ingredients such as oil, salt, pepper, tea, and coffee. This setup allows for effortless in-house breakfasts and simple meals, a practical advantage during Seville's hottest hours when many prefer to rest. For eating out, there are at least six dining options - including Zalata Restaurante & Tapas, Los Claveles, La Trastienda de El Rinconcillo, Asador La Dehesa, El Cangrejo, and Cerveceria el Tremendo - all within 0.5 km of the apartment.

There is no pool, spa, gym, or on-site leisure area. However, the apartment's central position means kayaking or canoeing is possible on the Guadalquivir River, and all major sights - the Alcázar, Cathedral, Santa Cruz quarter, Plaza de España, and Maria Luisa Park - are reachable on foot within 5-25 minutes. The surrounding streets are filled with bars, restaurants, and shops for evening exploration.
