FIESTA INN EXPRESS CANCUN CUMBRES, Cancun

The hotel sits inside Plaza Cumbres, offering supermarket, pharmacy, coffee shops, and quick-service dining. Cancun Government Palace is 8 km away, La Isla Shopping Mall 21 km. The hotel zone and beaches are a 20-minute drive. Public buses (route 70 or Bonfil) from the highway one block away connect to downtown. A complimentary hotel-to-airport shuttle is available (reserve at check-in). The location suits transit travellers and business guests more than beach tourists.

Rooms are compact but functional, with comfortable beds. Each includes a coffee maker, safety deposit box, and hairdryer. No rooms have balconies. Family rooms accommodate up to 4 persons; extra rollaway beds can be added. Some rooms show signs of wear and require maintenance, but requests are handled promptly. The property has a lift and wheelchair-accessible rooms. Parking is available in a gated lot for 20 MXN per night.

The breakfast area opens at 6:00, ideal for early departures. Selections are basic but sufficient; waffles are made fresh upon request. Since there is no on-site restaurant for lunch or dinner, travellers can choose from the many dining options within the same shopping centre (pizzerias, Mexican, Starbucks) or across the street at La Parrilla and Casa Rolandi. Confirm at booking whether breakfast is included in your rate.

Other services include a self-service laundry (24h, guest provides soap), dry cleaning and ironing for a fee, a business centre with printing capabilities, and a shared lounge/TV area. Safety features include 24-hour security, key card access, and safety deposit boxes. The hotel is wheelchair accessible with a lift. Pets are not allowed. The complimentary hotel-to-airport shuttle must be reserved at check-in and is subject to availability.
