NILU CANCUN DOWNTOWN BY SELINA, Cancun

This property is exceptionally well-placed for transit, situated just a few minutes' walk from the ADO bus station, which provides direct services to Cancun Airport and other destinations. Local city buses (R1 or R2) are also easily accessible for reaching Puerto Juarez and other areas. The surrounding streets offer a variety of dining options, including Quesadillas Tierra Del Sol and El Tigre y El Toro, all within 0.5 km. While the immediate area is safe for walking, some may find the night-time atmosphere lively due to nearby bars. For travel to attractions like Xcaret parks, a taxi service is available on-site.

Accommodation options include private rooms (from standard to deluxe, suites, and apartments) and shared dormitories (including 4-bed mixed and female-only dorms). Deluxe rooms, suites, and apartments are the only categories with a TV. Only the deluxe department has a balcony. Dormitories include lockers, but guests need to bring their own padlock. All rooms have air conditioning, though some units may only have a breaker switch for control. Room sizes vary, with some described as spacious and others as compact. Bedding is either single bunks or double beds; a bunk bed reservation covers one bed only. Some private rooms have en-suite bathrooms, while others share a common bathroom.

The outdoor swimming pool is a central feature, surrounded by sun loungers, sun umbrellas, and a bar, creating a social hub. The wellness centre offers spa/wellness packages, spa facilities, fitness classes, and yoga classes at an additional cost. Daily activities are organised, including free walking tours, karaoke, movie nights, live sport events, and aerobics. Bicycle rental, cooking classes, diving, happy hour, and themed dinner nights are available for a charge. For quieter moments, the property has a shared lounge/TV area, a garden, a sun terrace, and outdoor furniture.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas. Free private parking is provided on site without the need for a reservation. The 24-hour front desk can assist with tours, taxi arrangements, and luggage storage (50 pesos per suitcase per day). Other services include laundry (additional charge), car hire, and vending machines for drinks and snacks. The property has a shared kitchen. Safety features include 24-hour security, CCTV in common areas, key card access, and safety deposit boxes. Family rooms, board games/puzzles, and accessible parking are available. The property is non-smoking with a designated smoking area.
