FLORELLA FELIX FAURE, Cannes

The property sits on a main street overlooking the town hall and harbour, putting all key attractions within easy walking distance. The famous Marché Forville is just around the corner, and dozens of restaurants, cafés, and shops are within 300 metres. Côte d'Azur Airport is 20 km away; the nearest train station is a comfortable walk. The central position means parking is not available on site, but the public Le Suquet car park is nearby. Double-glazed windows keep the apartments quiet despite the lively surroundings.

All apartments include a private bathroom with hairdryer, a TV, and bed linen. The kitchenette comes with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, coffee machine, and kettle. Some units have a separate dining area and a sofa. Only one apartment has a balcony, and it is on the third floor with no elevator. The apartments are spacious, comfortably soundproofed, and feature modern windows that effectively block street noise. The functional design is practical, though some finishes show light wear. Ironing facilities and a washing machine are available in the unit.

Breakfast availability varies by room and must be confirmed when booking. The kitchenette is well-supplied with a dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge, and coffee-making equipment, making it easy to prepare meals. The central location places a wide variety of dining options - from casual bistros to traditional eateries - just a few minutes' walk away, including La Piazza, Chez Vincent et Nicolas, and Le Troquet a Soupes.

There is no swimming pool or spa on site. Guests can easily walk to the Cannes beachfront for swimming and sunbathing. The Marché Forville and the old port offer pleasant strolls, and the Palais des Festivals is only 400 metres away. The apartment's central location makes it ideal for exploring the city's cultural and leisure attractions on foot.

Wi-Fi is free and available in the rooms. The property provides bed linen and towels at no extra cost. Reception services include an invoice provided upon request. There is no parking on site; the nearest public car park is Le Suquet. No restaurant, spa, or swimming pool is available.
