Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is 26 km away. The lift is not operational, so expect to carry luggage up stairs. Paid public parking is available at Palais Stéphanie or Gray d'Albion, both 300 metres away. The central position means most attractions, dining, and the promenade are easily accessible on foot; a car is unnecessary for exploring the city centre.

Each apartment features a separate living room, one bedroom, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and free toiletries. Bedrooms are air-conditioned and soundproofed, providing a quiet retreat. The kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, and complimentary Nespresso pods. Some apartments offer both a bedroom and living room balcony, while others have a single balcony with city views. Beds are very comfortable, and large mirrors are provided in the bedrooms.
