FLORIAN ROOMS GUEST HOUSE, Rome

Florian Rooms is situated in Rome's Central Station district, 400 metres from Roma Termini and 800 metres from Santa Maria Maggiore. This central location puts major attractions within a 10-15 minute walk, and the tram stop directly outside provides easy car-free access across the city. Rome Ciampino Airport is 14 km away, with a direct bus available from Termini. The area is lively and well-connected, though the neighbourhood can feel busy at night; the hotel is in a safe pocket ideal for transit users and city explorers.

Each room features air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, free toiletries, and a private bathroom. Some rooms include a seating area, and select rooms offer a balcony. Rooms are generally spacious, clean, and comfortable, with wood flooring and plenty of natural light where windows face the inner courtyard. The largest room, Suite Rosa, can accommodate up to 3 adults plus a cot. Connecting rooms are available for families. Note that road-facing rooms may experience noise from street traffic or nearby emergency vehicle sirens; requesting a courtyard-facing room can improve sleep quality.

The on-site restaurant, Florian's, serves Italian cuisine with vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options, open daily for lunch and dinner except Sunday. A complimentary breakfast of coffee and a croissant is offered each morning at the restaurant. A snack bar and coffee house are also available, and packed lunches can be arranged. There are at least eight other dining spots within 300 metres, including Ristorante da Dino and The Bramble Bar & Kitchen, offering further variety for lunch or dinner.

The property does not have a spa, wellness centre, or swimming pool. A happy hour is available at an additional charge. Nearby attractions and the city's public transport network provide ample leisure opportunities beyond the guest house.

Free WiFi is available in all areas. Luggage storage is offered at the restaurant for same-day use before check-in or after check-out. Daily housekeeping, ironing, and laundry services are available for a fee. A paid shuttle service operates to key locations. The property also provides a shared lounge/TV area, room service, and meeting/banquet facilities. All rooms are non-smoking, and the building has a lift. Key access and CCTV provide security in common areas.
