RESIDENZA GIUSTINIANI, Rome

The central Termini district provides direct metro access (line A and B) and numerous bus routes. The neighbourhood feels safe and convenient, with a supermarket, numerous casual restaurants, and a tram stop right outside. Walking to the Colosseum takes around 20 minutes, and the Vatican is roughly 45 minutes on foot. The area is well-served for late-night arrivals and early airport transfers; Ciampino Airport is 15 km away by car or shuttle.

The guest house offers double and twin rooms with either street or quiet internal courtyard views. Rooms are compact but functional, with a wardrobe, electric kettle, and a refrigerator. Some units are located in a separate building a few doors from the main reception. While the accommodation is generally clean and tidy on arrival, sound insulation between rooms and from the corridor is minimal; doors close firmly and internal noise from neighbouring rooms or the shared hallway can be audible. The property also provides allergy-free rooms and family rooms. The bedding is comfortable, and daily housekeeping replenishes bottled water and toiletries. Rooms facing the interior courtyard may experience noise from the restaurant behind the building in the evenings.

The guest house does not currently provide breakfast. Several restaurants and a well-reviewed gelateria are within a minute's walk on the same street, making it easy to find lunch or dinner. A supermarket is also nearby for self-catering and snacks. For early morning departures, the cafes around Termini station open from 6:00 AM.

The property offers free Wi-Fi throughout. Daily housekeeping is included, and the room refrigerator is restocked with bottled water each day. Luggage storage is available free of charge at reception, enabling early check-in or late departure exploration. A tour desk can help plan sightseeing. A paid airport shuttle service can be arranged for both pickup and drop-off. The property has a lift, 24-hour security with CCTV, key-card access, and safety deposit boxes. Express check-in/out is available. The reception is open from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM; late arrivals should be communicated in advance.
