FONTANA DI TREVI LUXURY NEST, Rome

The apartment is on a quiet street in the historic centre, within easy walking distance of Quirinal Hill (6 min), Piazza Venezia, and the Pantheon. Cavour Metro Station (less than 1 km) provides quick access to the rest of the city, and Rome Ciampino Airport is 15 km away. Several restaurants, pizzerias, and cafés are within a 5-minute walk, making it easy to eat out without travelling. The location scores 9.6 out of 10, and the neighbourhood is lively yet the street itself remains calm at night.

The unit includes a separate bedroom with two beds, a living room with a fold-down sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, oven, refrigerator, kettle). The private bathroom has a shower and bidet. The terrace looks onto an internal courtyard and has outdoor furniture but may not feel inviting due to courtyard conditions. The apartment has soundproofed rooms, a washing machine, air conditioning, and heating. However, many furnishings and fixtures are worn: the sofa is uncomfortable, the bed is very thin, the clothes rack is broken, and the door lock is faulty. The space is tight for three or more adults, and luggage cannot be stored easily.

The apartment has a well-fitted kitchen with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, and kettle, which is practical for preparing meals. Grocery deliveries can be arranged for an additional charge. Some stays have included a simple welcome breakfast (e.g., pastries, snack items), but this is not guaranteed and portions may not cover all guests. The surrounding streets have numerous pizzerias, trattorias, and cafés within a 5-minute walk.
