RASELLA SUITES 47, Rome

The property is right in the heart of Rome, within a 4-minute walk of the Trevi Fountain and a 7-minute walk of the Spanish Steps. Barberini Metro Station is a 4-minute walk away, making it easy to reach the Colosseum, Vatican, and Termini Station. A Tigre supermarket is just a short stroll away and several restaurants are within 0.5 km, including Hostaria Romana and Prosciutteria Cantina Dei Papi Trevi. Rome Ciampino Airport is 15 km from the apartment; a paid airport shuttle or a taxi are the most direct ways to get there. The local area is well served by bus and metro, so a car is not needed and parking nearby costs €20/day.

Each apartment has a separate bedroom, one or two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchenette (stovetop, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, kitchenware, and dining area), a living room, and tiled floors. A sofa bed is available in the living room (160 cm wide, 195 cm long) and can serve as a second bed. Room types with a terrace or a quiet street view are available. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, though some units have street-facing windows which let in noise from the street and from neighbouring apartments. The building has an elevator. Some elements, such as the bathroom door, toilet flush, and frying pan, may show wear; checking their condition upon arrival is practical. Towels and kitchen utensils may not always be supplied fully on arrival, so having a backup plan for towels is sensible.

The apartment kitchenette is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and kitchenware, suitable for preparing breakfast, salads, and light meals. A Tigre supermarket is nearby for groceries. For those who prefer eating out, the immediate area offers a wide variety of options including Ristorante Sora Lucia, Hostaria Romana, and Gelateria Valentino, all within 0.5 km. No breakfast is provided by the property. There is also a minimarket on site for basic snacks and drinks.

Wi-Fi is free across the entire property. The lift provides access to all floors, and the building has air conditioning and heating. Paid airport shuttle service can be arranged for pick-up and drop-off, and a regular paid shuttle service is also available. Luggage storage is offered for a fee, and an on-site minimarket sells basic provisions. A paid laundry, dry cleaning, and ironing service is available. Express check-in/check-out is free, and the property uses a 24/7 self-check-in system with lockbox for easy late arrivals.
