FORATA LOFTS, Valencia

The guest house sits in a quiet residential area with convenient public transport options: bus stops are just outside, the Patraix metro station is a 15-20 minute walk, and a train station is a short stroll away. The city centre can be reached in about 15 minutes by bus or a 45-minute walk. Numerous restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and a Consum supermarket are located within 0.5 km, and the property is close to several hospitals. The Church of Saint Nicolás (4 km) and Bioparc Valencia (5 km) are nearby attractions. The property itself is located between numbers 13 and 15, with no sign on the street door, so it can be a little tricky to find initially.

The rooms are recently renovated, clean, and compact - some with a small kitchenette area featuring a microwave, fridge, and dining table. City or garden views are available depending on the room, and the garden-facing side tends to be quieter. A shared inner terrace is accessible from some rooms. The beds are comfortable, and amenities include free toiletries, shampoo, shower gel, ironing facilities, heating, and a Smart TV with Netflix. Some rooms have a patio with garden and city views. Note that room sizes can be tight, with limited space for luggage; a few rooms have an open hanging rail near the bed, which may feel cramped. The tiled floors are practical, and soundproofing is generally effective, though doors and walls are not fully sealed. The air conditioning is in-room but can be noisy; some rooms have a fixed ventilation system that operates continuously.

Rooms are equipped with a microwave, fridge, electric kettle, and coffee maker, along with basic dishes, cutlery, and glasses. Complimentary coffee and tea pods are provided. The shared kitchen (available in some room types) is well-equipped with an induction hob, oven, and dishwasher. There is no on-site restaurant, but the immediate neighbourhood offers numerous dining options (El Mundo de la pizza, Restaurante Barbados, among others) all within a 5-minute walk. The compact kitchenette is best suited for simple meals and snacks.

The shared inner garden and patio provide seating with garden and city views, and a place to unwind. The area is quiet, making it suitable for relaxing outdoors. The lounge area is not extensive, but the terrace is a pleasant spot for a coffee or a smoke.
