A Mercadona supermarket is directly opposite for daily essentials, and bus routes serving the city centre run from the stop at the end of the street. Norte Train Station is 2 km west, Joaquín Sorolla Station 2 km, and Valencia Airport is 10 km - best reached by taxi or shuttle (paid). Turia Gardens and Bioparc Valencia are within an easy walking distance for outdoor leisure.

The studio is fitted with air conditioning, heating, and soundproofing to keep the interior quiet despite the street-level position. The sleeping area has a comfortable double bed, while a sofa bed in the living area sleeps two additional adults - the total maximum occupancy is four adults. The kitchenette includes a stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, and full cookware, making self-catering straightforward. The large bathroom has a walk-in shower, roll-in access, grab rails, a raised toilet, and a lower sink - suitable for guests with limited mobility. A flat-screen TV is provided, and the sofa bed folds out for extra guests, but the overall floor area is compact when all four beds are in use.
