The apartment is on a pedestrianised street in the historic centre. Puerta del Sol metro and Cercanías station is a 2-minute walk, providing direct connections to Barajas Airport and throughout Madrid. Gran Vía, Plaza Mayor, and the Royal Palace are all reachable on foot in under 10 minutes. The nearest taxi drop-off point is Callao. Parking is not on-site; public parking nearby costs €35/day and must be reserved. The area is full of restaurants, shops and entertainment, though the central location means street-facing apartments can experience noise, especially on weekend nights.

The apartment sleeps up to 6 people with two double bedrooms (each with a double bed), a living room with a sofa bed, and an additional single bed. Both bathrooms have a shower and bath. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The living area includes a dining table, flat-screen TV and a sofa. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, toaster, kettle and tea/coffee maker. Air conditioning and free Wi-Fi are provided. The apartment is described as spacious, quiet for the centre, and well-decorated. The sofa bed in the living room has been noted as uncomfortable by some, and the kitchen is basic for preparing meals for a large group. Rooms facing the street may have noise issues, while the interior rooms can be very bright in the morning due to lack of blackout curtains. There is an elevator in the building.

There are no pool, spa, gym or other leisure facilities within the property. The apartment's strength is its location, placing guests in the centre of Madrid with easy walking access to cultural attractions, shopping and entertainment - ideal for exploring the city.

Wi-Fi is free in the apartment but has been reported as unreliable or very slow by many users, and may not work in all rooms. Air conditioning is available in the living area and bedrooms, though some units may share a remote. The building has an elevator. The washing machine can be used by guests. There is no reception; all communication is via WhatsApp or the booking platform. The host provides an invoice on request. Luggage storage after check-out is not reliably offered, so plan accordingly. Maintenance response has been reported as slow or non-existent for issues such as broken appliances or cleaning.
