The hotel is on Plaza de las Cortes, next to the Spanish Parliament. The Prado Museum is directly across the street; the Reina Sofía and Thyssen-Bornemisza museums are 5-10 minutes on foot. El Retiro Park is 1.1km away, and Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, and Gran Vía are reachable in 10-15 minutes. Atocha train station is a 10-minute walk, and Madrid-Barajas Airport is 12km away (taxi or metro via Atocha). The area is safe and walkable, with many restaurants within 300m. Occasional demonstrations occur on the square in front of the Parliament, which can be audible from street-facing rooms.

Rooms range from 11 to 14sqm with minimalist décor and double or single beds. Each has air conditioning, flat-screen TV, kettle, hairdryer, and free toiletries. The private bathroom includes a small shower; some rooms have a very compact layout. Soundproofing between rooms is minimal, so noise from neighbours or the hallway can be heard. Street-facing rooms overlook Plaza de las Cortes but may experience traffic and demonstration noise; courtyard-facing rooms are quieter but have limited natural light. There is no dedicated desk or chair; hanging storage is limited to a mirror cabinet. Beds are noted for comfort. Rooms are cleaned before arrival but not during the stay.

The hotel partners with Le Room Service to deliver a breakfast box to your door in the morning. Choices include classic continental, vegetarian, lactose-free, and gluten-free boxes.
