The apartment sits in the real centre of Rome, with a location that places Trevi Fountain just 1 minute away on foot. Major landmarks including the Spanish Steps, Piazza di Spagna, and Piazza Venezia are all within a comfortable walking distance. The apartment features two bedrooms and one bathroom with both a bath and a shower. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and kitchenware, plus a washing machine for longer stays. The sitting area has a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and the private balcony offers an inner courtyard view. Air conditioning and heating are provided. The property is a period 17th-century building with high original ceilings and a beautiful wooden security door. The sofa bed is large enough for two people. The apartment is clean and well-equipped, though some may find the mattress due for replacement.

The apartment does not offer a restaurant, bar, or breakfast service. However, the immediate area is dense with dining options: Pane e Salame (0.5 km), Piccolo Buco (0.5 km), Trattoria Scavolino (0.5 km), and many more are steps away. Gelaterias such as Il Gelato di San Crispino and Gelateria Valentino are within 0.5 km. For self-catering, the full kitchen and several nearby supermarkets make grocery shopping convenient. The host does not provide breakfast, so plan to either use the kitchen or eat out.

The apartment includes a hot tub for relaxation after a day of sightseeing. No gym, pool, or spa facilities are on site. The leisure appeal is primarily the unbeatable location - all major Roman attractions are walkable, including Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and Piazza Venezia. An ice-skating rink is also noted as a nearby point of interest.

Free WiFi is available throughout the apartment. Reception services include private check-in/out, luggage storage, and lockers.
