Set in a lively neighbourhood with a constant flow of pedestrian and vehicle traffic, the location puts you within a 10-minute walk of the Santa Maria Novella train station and a 1-2 minute walk from the Duomo and Mercato Centrale. The area is lined with shops, restaurants and bars, making it convenient for evening outings. The tram stop is about 700 metres away - suitable for linking to the airport without a car. The street can be busy and noisy, especially in the evenings, but soundproofed windows in the rooms help. For day trips, the Fortezza da Basso conference centre is also within 10 minutes on foot.

Room categories include Single Use (8 m2, queen bed), Double French Bed (17 m2, queen), Standard Double (23 m2 with a double or twins), Superior Double (25 m2 with extra space and some with outdoor areas), Triple (27 m2) and Quadruple (30 m2 up to 4 guests). All rooms have a private bathroom (some with bathtub, some with shower), air conditioning, minibar, free Wi-Fi, a safe, and a flat-screen satellite TV.
