The condo is situated on a 2-lane paved mountain road a few kilometers from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Walking to downtown is not recommended due to narrow roads, lack of shoulders, and frequent bear sightings. The recommended approach for exploring the area is to drive to Ober Gatlinburg (6 km), park, and take the aerial tram to the city centre-saving on downtown parking. Free, unreserved on-site parking is available. McGhee Tyson Airport is 73 km away. A grocery store is a 5-minute drive down the mountain, convenient for self-catering supplies.

This 3rd-floor unit offers a private entrance, air conditioning, heating, and parquet/carpeted floors. The living room features a fireplace and a sofa bed. The master bedroom has a walk-in shower and bath. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, Keurig Duo coffee maker (bring your own coffee), and a dining table. Five beds are provided. The balcony offers mountain and city views. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, a hairdryer, and iron are supplied. The layout is well-suited for families or groups, with ample sleeping space and comfortable beds.

A grocery store located 5 minutes down the mountain makes stocking the kitchen easy. The kitchen comes with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, and a Keurig Duo coffee maker. A dining area and BBQ facilities are available for meals at the condo. There is no on-site restaurant or breakfast; guests needing a full meal should plan to visit downtown Gatlinburg (2 km away) where Ober Gatlinburg offers tram-accessible dining and attractions.

Two indoor pools operate all year, and an additional seasonal outdoor pool is available during warmer months. The indoor pool and hot tubs close at 9:30 PM. For active guests, the property offers a children's playground and outdoor play equipment.
