This property sits in the real heart of Bologna, directly adjacent to the main train and bus stations, making it an ideal base for exploring the city and taking day trips to Florence, Venice or Verona. The historic centre is easily reached on foot in about 10-15 minutes, while MAMbo is a 6-minute walk away. Bologna Fair is 5 km away. A supermarket (Coop) is a 6-minute walk, and numerous restaurants, bars and cafés are within 0.3-0.5 km. The neighbourhood is quiet yet central, and the ground-floor flats eliminate stairs with heavy luggage.

Each loft is arranged as an open-plan studio on two levels: the sofa bed is downstairs, and the queen or double bed is on the upper loft. Some units include a private garden or patio. All lofts have a private bathroom with shower, bidet and hairdryer. The kitchenette includes a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, tea/coffee maker and cookware. Additional features include air conditioning (effective in hot weather), heating, a flat-screen TV, washing machine, ironing facilities, and a dining table.
