Public transport to central Bangkok is accessible via a short taxi ride to the airport's rail link or a nearby station (around 200 baht fare). The immediate area offers a 7-Eleven, Lotus supermarket, local restaurants and a night market within easy walking distance. For longer journeys, famous attractions such as Mega Bangna (21 km) and Lumpini Park (30 km) are accessible by car or taxi.

The rooms are clean and functional with comfortable beds, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, an electric kettle and a safety deposit box. The triple room has two beds, a wardrobe and is spacious; double and twin rooms offer one or two beds respectively. The shower configuration means water can flood the entire bathroom floor before draining, so using the provided bath mat is recommended. Road- and runway-facing rooms are very noisy due to its aircraft landing approach position, so a quieter interior option is preferred.
