A taxi from the airport costs roughly 400 THB, while a Grab ride is about 250 THB; the hotel can arrange a transfer for around 150 THB if booked ahead. Street food stalls, a night market, 7-Eleven, a Lotus supermarket, KFC, and a pharmacy are within a 5-10 minute walk. Mega Bangna shopping mall is 18 km away and BITEC exhibition centre is 24 km away. The immediate alley is a dead-end street, can flood during heavy rain, and road access is narrow - small cars are more practical.

Each unit includes air conditioning (some units have intermittent performance issues), a private bathroom with hot water and free toiletries, a terrace or balcony, a sitting area, an electric kettle, ironing facilities, and a washing machine. Room configurations offer either one double bed or two single beds. Room cleanliness varies: some travellers report clean bedding and towels, while others note stained linens, dead bugs on walls, damaged fixtures, and strong damp smells. Noise from hallway conversations, doors slamming, barking dogs, and early-morning housekeeping is common. The property is best suited for one-night transit stays rather than extended visits.
