Hotel Details

Location

Situated in a residential part of Shepherds Bush, 20 km from Heathrow Airport and near the Westfield shopping centre.
The property is in a quiet residential area, with the Westfield Mall and Shepherds Bush Market within walking distance. The nearest tube station (White City) is about a 15-minute walk away, and bus stops are a 5-minute walk, providing routes into central London. Eventim Apollo (3 km), Olympia Exhibition Centre (4 km), and Portobello Road Market (4 km) are all nearby. A Sainsbury's supermarket is directly across the road, with a Costcutter store around the corner. The surrounding area also offers water sports and boating opportunities.

Leisure

A garden is the only leisure facility at the property.
The property has a garden that is available for guests to use, providing a space to sit and rest in good weather. No other wellness or leisure amenities are present.

Amenities

Free WiFi is available, but shared bathrooms and kitchen access have significant condition issues.
Free WiFi is provided in all areas. A shared kitchen is available but is often reported as unclean and poorly equipped, with limited utensils and no proper table or chairs for dining. The shared bathrooms are small and frequently cited as dirty, with mould on shower seals, broken shower heads, and no soap provided. Some bathrooms lack a mirror, a bin, or a hook for towels. The owners are responsive via text and phone, but check-in instructions and WiFi codes are not always sent ahead of time, often requiring the guest to contact them on arrival. No daily housekeeping is offered. A washing machine is available.

Top Strategic Tips

  • 01

Confirm your exact room type (single/double/twin) and room number with the owner directly before arrival to avoid receiving a different room from the one booked.

  • 02

Request check-in instructions and the WiFi code before your arrival to avoid delays outside the property.

  • 03

Choose accommodation elsewhere if you require a room with natural light, ventilation, soundproofing, or a clean and functional bathroom.

  • 04

Factor in that the mattress quality and overall cleanliness are frequently reported basic, so this property is suitable only for travellers with the lowest expectations for a very low price.
