The apartment is in one of Mexico City's most walkable neighborhoods. Roma Norte is close to the historic centre (within 3-5 km), as well as Condesa and Polanco, all easily reachable by Metro. The area west of Avenida Cuauhtémoc is especially quiet and safe. Major landmarks such as The Angel of Independence (2 km), the United States Embassy (3 km), and Chapultepec Castle (within 5 km) are a short ride away. Benito Juarez International Airport is 11 km away; taking public transport or a taxi is straightforward.

The 1-bedroom apartment offers a separate living room with a sofa bed, a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, and a private bathroom with a shower. The studio is similarly equipped with a double bed, kitchen, and sofa. Both units have a flat-screen TV with Netflix and Spotify, a work desk, ironing facilities, and a seating area. The apartment is very quiet even though it is on a main strip, thanks to good insulation. The bed is noted for its comfort. While windows are not ideal for opening, fans are provided, and the interior stays cool at night. Some wear on walls and furniture has been observed but does not affect cleanliness or functionality. Cots are available on request.

The kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and tea/coffee maker. A welcome bottle of wine and bottled water are provided upon arrival. Nearby dining options within a 5-minute walk include churros at Churreria El Moro, tacos at Orinoco and LA89 Colima, and casual dining at Maiz y Olivo, Garota Boteco Roma, and Juicy Lucy. For a special meal, Rosetta bakery on Colima Avenue offers a fancy experience (reservations recommended). Madre Cafe serves boozy brunch in a historic building with outdoor seating. An OXO store nearby sells milk for morning coffee.

Internet access is free and available in rooms. The host is very communicative and provides clear check-in instructions. Luggage can be dropped off from 12:00 on arrival day and collected until 14:30 on departure day. There is no 24-hour concierge or security in the building, but the area feels safe. A courtesy cleaning service is offered during longer stays. There is no parking on site, so walking or public transport is recommended. The host can issue a tax invoice (factura fiscal) upon request.
