GUESTHOUSE 'BLUE HOUSE' IN VINTAGE VILLA&GARDEN, Copenhagen

Rooms are housed in a vintage villa with soundproof walls and individual decor. Room options include double, twin, and triple rooms with either private or shared bathrooms. The triple room is 25 m2 with three single beds (90 cm wide) in one space. Shared bathrooms (2 on the ground floor) are lockable and private while in use, cleaned daily, and include a shower, hairdryer, and slippers. Selected rooms offer garden, city, or courtyard views from a terrace or patio. All rooms include free toiletries, a dining area, electric kettle, and work desk. Shared kitchen is located just outside rooms on the same floor. Bedding is very clean and comfortable, with blackout curtains and a long bar in some rooms. A fan and indoor shoes are provided, though there is no air conditioning. Note: no rooms have a balcony.

The guesthouse does not have a restaurant or breakfast service. The shared kitchen is very well equipped with cookware, utensils, an electric kettle, and designated storage shelves and refrigerator space per room. Basic supplies such as coffee, tea, spices, and cooking oil are generally available. Many guests prepare and eat meals in the peaceful garden or on the sun terrace. Across the street, Lidl and Netto supermarkets provide all groceries. Two nearby restaurants, Naked Fish and Tarnby Pizza og Grill, are located 1 km away. The bus offers easy access to city-centre dining as well.

Wellness facilities are centred on the property's beautiful garden, which features a sun terrace with sun loungers and beach chairs, sun umbrellas, outdoor furniture, and a picnic area. The garden is very quiet and private, filled with flowers and a fountain, and is used by guests for relaxation, reading, or socialising. Board games and darts are available for indoor leisure. For more active pursuits, bicycle parking is free, and the host provides bike rental details; cycling to nearby Kastrup Søbad Beach takes about 15 minutes. There is no spa, pool, or gym on site.
