The hotel is in a peaceful neighbourhood well connected by public transport: Østerport Station is a 10-minute walk away and provides direct metro, S-train and train services to the city centre, airport and beyond. Kongens Nytorv is 2 km away and Rådhuspladsen is 3 km away. Copenhagen Airport is 8 km from the property. Walking to the city centre takes about 20 minutes, and the popular Little Mermaid is within a half-hour walk. The area is safe and walkable, with several restaurants within 500 metres, a bakery opposite the hotel, and a supermarket nearby.

Room types range from twin rooms on the 5th floor to studios and spacious one-to-three-bedroom apartments. All rooms have a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and hairdryer. Most studios and apartments contain a full kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher and cookware. The 5th-floor twin rooms do not have a kitchen but include an electric kettle, fridge, and a communal hallway buffet with coffee and tea. Bed configurations vary: one-bed options have either a double or two single beds; larger apartments have up to 6 beds. Rooms on the ground floor are available and are the easiest to access, while those on upper floors require climbing stairs as there is no lift. Some rooms open directly to the street and can be noisy, especially at night - window insulation varies. The building has no air conditioning; in warm weather, a portable fan may be requested.

The property does not operate a breakfast service or restaurant, but guests receive a 50 DKK voucher for a to-go breakfast from the neighbouring supermarket. On the 5th floor, a communal hallway buffet provides free coffee, tea and hot chocolate, and an electric kettle is supplied in the room. Kitchens in studios and apartments are well equipped for self-catering: stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster and cookware are provided. A supermarket opposite is open until late evening, and a popular bakery is directly across the road. For dining out, several restaurants offering a range of cuisines are within a 5-10 minute walk.
