The hostel sits on a quiet residential street with supermarkets, convenience stores, and several restaurants within a 5-minute walk, including Kushiyakidokoro Seijirou (300 m) and Steak & Salad Bar Nikusta (500 m). Otorii Station on the Keikyu Line connects directly to Haneda Airport Terminal 3 in about 10 minutes, making this a practical stop for transit travellers. The area is well-lit and safe, and taxis are available for very early or late departures. Nearby landmarks include Uramori Inari Shrine (2 km) and Miwa Itsukushima Shrine (2 km).

The hostel has 16 private capsules spread over two floors (8 per floor). Each capsule offers a desk and chair for daytime use, while the shared bathrooms feature walk-in showers and bidets. Soundproofing is minimal, so noise from neighbouring capsules (snoring, movement) is easily audible. Beds are firm, and the capsules are compact; the small built-in shelf next to the bed fits one medium-sized bag. Kitchenettes are equipped with a microwave and stovetop, and the shared kitchen is available for cooking. Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothbrushes) are provided. Cleaning fees apply, but bathroom cleanliness (mould in showers) has been inconsistent. Teleworking is possible during daytime, but phone calls are not permitted after 21:00.

WiFi is available throughout but signal strength is strongest near the building entrance; capsules may have weak or no connection. The hostel has 24-hour security with fire extinguishers and smoke alarms. Communication with management is via a messaging app; there is no reception desk. Self-check-in is done through a door code system, which has occasionally malfunctioned - arriving during daytime is advised if possible. Luggage storage inside the capsule is limited to the small shelf area; no lockers are provided. There is no iron, no bike parking (unless the bike is folded and bagged), and no elevator. Payment is accepted with American Express, Visa, JCB, and MasterCard; a cleaning fee is added to the room rate. Minors 16 years and older can stay alone.
