The guest house sits just off Heiwajima Station, placing Ginza, Yokohama, and central Tokyo within easy reach by metro. Haneda Airport is roughly 15 minutes away by train, making it a practical choice for transit travellers. The immediate area offers a Family Mart, grocery store, numerous restaurants, and a laundromat within a few hundred metres, while landmarks such as Tokujo-ji Temple (6-minute walk) and Heiwa no Mori Park (12-minute walk) provide local character. The neighbourhood is quiet at night, but train noise is noticeable during the day, with quieter periods between midnight and early morning.

Rooms are sized around 12-13 m2 and come as single rooms (1 bed), twin rooms (1 bed, suitable for two with two reservations), or dormitory bunks in gender-separated areas (female dorm on the second floor, male dorm downstairs). Each bed has a personal locker (W40xD40xH50 cm). The dormitory rooms are compact but not cramped, with comfortable mattresses and pillows. Note that beds do not have individual privacy curtains, and the top bunks require climbing a ladder. The property is older but well-maintained, with a reputation for exceptional cleanliness.

The shared kitchen includes a large refrigerator, stove, microwave, pots, utensils, and a hot pot, plus complimentary coffee and tea. There is no restaurant or breakfast service, but the surrounding streets offer numerous dining options within a 3-minute walk, including ramen, grilled beef, and convenience stores. For airport connections, passengers can stock up at the nearby grocery store or Family Mart.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the property and is free. A coin-operated laundry machine is available for 150 yen per use. The host is fluent in basic English, friendly, and provides clear explanations of all facilities. The guest house uses keypad or key access for security, with smoke alarms and fire extinguishers. No elevator is present; the female dorm is on the second floor. Luggage larger than the locker can be kept in a common area, but at the owner's risk. Check-out luggage storage is available until 23:00, with an additional fee after that time. No airport shuttle is offered.
