The hotel sits in North Hollywood, a 10-15 minute drive from Universal Studios Hollywood and a short drive from Bob Hope Burbank Airport (5 km). The property is two blocks from the Metro station, offering direct rail service to Universal in one stop. While the immediate neighbourhood is industrial with a rougher feel, the hotel provides 24-hour security and a secure underground parking garage, making it a practical base for car or transit users. Several dining options like Denny's, India's Clay Pit, and a well-regarded taco truck are within walking distance, and nearby bus lines connect to Burbank Airport and Hollywood. Freeway access is minutes away for exploring the wider Los Angeles area.

The recently renovated rooms offer a clean and comfortable environment with modern furnishings. Each double room is spacious, featuring a flat-screen cable TV, a work desk, a seating area, and a coffee maker. All rooms include a microwave and refrigerator for added convenience. The quadruple rooms provide two beds. Bathrooms are private with free toiletries and a hairdryer. Rooms on higher floors and away from the road are quieter. Offerings include scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, a waffle station, oatmeal, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereals, and pastries like cinnamon rolls. Coffee and juice are also available. For snacks, drinks, and light meals throughout the day, the hotel has a 24-hour snack bar and a vending machine. Several restaurants, including Denny's across the street and a popular taco truck nearby, offer additional dining choices within the area.

The heated outdoor saltwater pool is open daily from 09:00 to 22:00, offering a relaxing spot for a swim or lounging on the provided sun loungers and beach chairs under umbrellas. The pool area is fenced for safety and also includes pool/beach towels. The free fitness centre is well-equipped and clean, providing a complete workout space for travellers who want to maintain their routine. Both facilities are seasonal (open all year) and provide a pleasant complement to a busy day of sightseeing or business.

The hotel offers free high-speed Wi-Fi in all areas. Business facilities include a free business centre and fax/photocopying, with meeting/banquet spaces available for an additional charge.
