HANSEAT APARTMENTS, Hamburg

The property sits in a practical residential area with direct bus and metro links to the city centre. Major attractions like the Inner Alster Lake, Town Hall, and Miniatur Wunderland are within 7 km. A variety of international restaurants (Greek, Brazilian, Chinese, sushi) are within walking distance. The lack of on-site parking makes public transport the most convenient option for most visitors. Ice-skating and boating activities are available nearby.

Accommodation options include single, twin/double, triple, and quadruple rooms, each with soundproof walls, a dining area, and wardrobe. Bed comfort is generally good, but room sizes can be compact. Some rooms have limited natural ventilation or no exterior window, so those sensitive to stuffiness may prefer a room with a window. Shared bathroom facilities are shared among multiple rooms; planning bathroom use during peak times is advisable. Heating is provided, but no air conditioning. The property also offers a terrace and a shared kitchen.

There is no pool, spa, or gym at the guest house. For leisure, the area offers opportunities for ice-skating (seasonal) and boating. The terrace provides a simple outdoor seating space. Guests can also explore nearby parks and Hamburg city attractions within a short public transport ride.
