The train/metro station is a 10-minute walk, and the Maria Zambrano AVE station is within easy reach. The beach is a 6-minute walk along a street lined with restaurants and shops. Lidl supermarket, bakeries and several bars are around the corner. The location is particularly convenient for travellers with early flights or those attending events at the Martín Carpena arena. Parking on the street is very limited and should be arranged with the host in advance.

The ground-floor apartment sleeps up to three people with one double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, microwave, fridge, kitchenware and a Nespresso machine. The unit has air conditioning, heating, a desk area, a dining table, a flat-screen TV with streaming services (guests can access YouTube), and a washing machine. The bathroom includes a hairdryer and free toiletries. The apartment faces a quiet street, and blackout curtains are fitted in the bedroom, making it suitable for light sleepers. The ground-floor location means street noise may occur from early morning; rooms are otherwise quiet.
