HAVRE DE PAIX PARIS 9, Paris

Situated in the vibrant Pigalle district, the property is surrounded by bakeries, supermarkets, bars, and restaurants-all within a few hundred metres. Opéra Garnier is 1 km away, and La Cigale concert hall is just 400 metres from the door. The metro connects directly to Gare du Nord, making the apartment ideal for rail travellers or those exploring central Paris on foot. The area offers excellent public transport links, with multiple metro and bus lines nearby. The building itself is quiet despite the lively neighbourhood.

The apartment features a sofa bed in the living room (with pillows, duvet, and sheets provided) plus a double bed in the bedroom-total sleeping capacity for 4 adults. The bathroom has a spacious shower with strong water pressure. The living area includes a flat-screen TV, wardrobe, and dressing room, while parquet floors run throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped: stovetop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, and washing machine. Note that the flat is on the 4th floor with no lift and no air conditioning, so the space may feel warm in summer. The apartment is described as clean, comfortable, and quiet, with good mattresses.

There is no on-site restaurant or breakfast service, but the kitchen includes a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee machine. A supermarket is located on the next corner, and a bakery is within a minute's walk. The Pigalle area offers a dense concentration of dining options: Bouillon Pigalle, Can Alegria Paris, Les Apotres de Pigalle, Le relais Gascon, Etoile de Moscou, and Maison Lautrec are all within 0.5 km. The apartment thus works well for travellers who prefer cooking their own meals or exploring the local food scene.
