HC - PALAZZO ALTIERI EXCLUSIVE PENTHOUSES, Rome

The apartments sit in a quiet yet central pocket of Rome. Largo di Torre Argentina is a 3-minute walk, the Pantheon 500 metres, and the Trevi Fountain less than 1 km. Piazza Venezia is 300 metres away. The location is ideal for exploring the main sights on foot - the Colosseum and Roman Forum are also reachable within 15 minutes. Metro stations are close by for longer journeys, and the area is well served by bus stops. The building stands on a prestigious street, so noise from traffic is minimal at night. For airport transfers, use the Leonardo Express from Termini station, accessible via a short metro ride.

Each unit features a separate living room, a bedroom, and at least one private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. The one-bedroom apartment has a single bathroom, while a larger two-bedroom configuration offers two bathrooms and extra living space - a good choice for families or two couples. The kitchens include a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and kitchenware, plus a tea and coffee maker, electric kettle, and a dining area. Apartments are air-conditioned with ironing facilities, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, and a work desk. City views are a highlight, with windows facing the historic rooftops and streets. The parquet floors and modern furnishings give a clean, comfortable feel. The unit comes with 2 beds (likely a double in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area). For those staying on the fourth floor, the stairs add a minor physical requirement but reward with more panoramic views.

WiFi is free in all areas and described as reliable. The lift operates only up to the second floor, so apartments on the third and fourth floors are accessed via stairs - this is important for guests with large luggage or mobility issues. Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out at 10:30, but the host may allow luggage storage before or after. The reception staff speak English and Italian and provide an invoice. The building has key access and fire extinguishers. No smoking is allowed throughout. There is no parking on site. Airport transfers are not free, but the central location makes taxis or the Termini train a straightforward alternative. The host is responsive via messaging and can assist with early check-in or special requests.
