FRESH HOUSE TREVI 2, Rome

The location is pedestrian-only, with the closest paid parking at Parking Ludovisi a 10-minute walk away. Barberini Metro (line A) is a 6-minute walk from the apartment, providing direct access to Termini station and the Vatican area. Trevi Fountain, Piazza di Spagna and Piazza Barberini are all within a few hundred metres, and Rome Ciampino Airport is 15 km from the building. The property sits on a lively street with restaurants, pubs, a minimarket and a tobacco shop nearby.

The accommodation consists of a bedroom with a double bed on a mezzanine, plus a living room with two double sofa beds - the only interior doors are to the bathroom, offering minimal privacy between sleeping areas. Air conditioning, soundproof walls and heating are provided, and the main bedroom window faces historic rooftops. The balcony overlooks the interior courtyard. The sofa beds are older models that may feel saggy, and the apartment is best suited for travellers who prioritise location and social sleeping over luxury.

The kitchenette includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and basic cookware - suitable for simple self-catering. Several dining options are just outside the door: Il Ristoro dal Patriota, Gelateria Valentino, Trattoria Scavolino, Piccolo Buco and Taberna Patricii et Plebei are all within 0.5 km. For drinks, the apartment offers wine or champagne on site. The immediate area is lively with pubs and restaurants, ideal for group meals after sightseeing.

The property offers paid beauty services - including facial treatments, manicure, pedicure, waxing and make-up - and paid walking tours and bike tours. Other paid activities such as cooking classes and happy hour are available off-site. For independent leisure, an ice-skating rink is nearby. Guests preferring to explore the city on foot will find the Spanish Steps, Piazza Venezia and the Trevi Fountain all within a short walk.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the apartment. Check-in and check-out are private and express, with an invoice provided. Luggage storage is available for an additional fee, and airport shuttles can be arranged for a surcharge - useful for late arrivals. Daily housekeeping is also available at an extra cost. The building has key access and fire extinguishers for safety. A minimarket, hairdresser and beauty shop are on site. The property is entirely non-smoking and includes a designated smoking area outside.
