Located on the 5th floor of an elegant building in the San Paolo neighborhood, this B&B is within walking distance of Bambino Gesù clinics, Roma Tre University, and the Garbatella and Testaccio neighborhoods. The San Paolo station provides direct links to the Roman seafront (20-minute drive) and the historic center. The area is served by bus and metro, has many bars and supermarkets nearby, and feels safe. Free on-street parking may be difficult at peak times; the B&B's own reserved parking is recommended.

Rooms overlook the Basilica di San Paolo Fuori le Mura. Some rooms come with a private bathroom; others share facilities with up to 6 rooms. All feature air conditioning, heating, a desk, a large closet, and fiber-optic Wi-Fi. Some rooms include a private patio and a fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and tea/coffee maker. Room sizes vary - select single rooms are very small; others are spacious. Road-facing and thin-walled rooms can be noisy. The apartment layout may place bathrooms at a distance from the room. Limited hanging space exists in some rooms.

Breakfast is served at the adjacent Gran Caffè San Paolo and consists of coffee or cappuccino plus a croissant of your choice from the bar. The B&B provides a ticket for this, and the bar also offers other items at extra cost. There is no restaurant on-site, but multiple eateries are within a short walk, including Tuk Tuk Ride, Heng Li, Bello Pieno, Saulo, and Burro & Sugo (all 0.3-0.5 km away). The kitchenette in some rooms allows for meal preparation.

For leisure, the quiet residential location provides a respite from tourist crowds, with the Basilica and nearby neighborhoods offering walking possibilities. The metro station provides fast access to the city's main attractions, including the Colosseum and historic center.
