HOTEL QUADRIFOGLIO BY MANCINI, Rome

The hotel is situated in a peaceful, green area on the southern outskirts of Rome, offering a calm setting away from city-centre noise. The closest metro access is EUR Fermi station (5 km), which is reachable by bus 706 or a short drive. For those without a car, the bus stop is about 700 metres from the hotel, and the full journey to the Colosseum area takes approximately 30 minutes by bus plus metro. The location is especially convenient for accessing the EUR business district, Fiumicino Airport, and the motorway network, and it is also close to several hospitals and the Biocampus. Several restaurants and a shopping centre are within walking distance or one bus stop away.

The hotel offers double, triple, and quadruple rooms, all equipped with air conditioning, heating, a minibar, a flat-screen TV, a safety deposit box, and a private bathroom with shower, bidet, and hairdryer. Some ground-floor rooms open directly onto an internal courtyard. The property is older and the decor is dated, but linens and sheets are noted as clean, and rooms are serviced daily. Bathrooms are compact; in some layouts the sink is positioned directly over the toilet. Sound insulation between rooms is minimal, so noise from neighbouring rooms and the corridor can be audible. Rooms on the reception side of the building are more exposed to activity. For a quieter experience, a room away from the main corridor or on a higher floor is recommended. The quadruple room features three beds, making it suitable for families or small groups.

Breakfast is included in the room rate and offers a wide selection of sweet pastries, cold cuts, cheeses, eggs, juices, and fresh coffee (espresso and cappuccino are prepared individually on request). The breakfast buffet is well-stocked and restocked quickly. Vegan options are available on request. The breakfast room itself is described as stylish and pleasant. For other meals, the hotel does not have a restaurant or dinner service, but a bar and shared lounge are available. Several pizzerias and trattorias are within a 1 km walk, and a large shopping centre is one bus stop away.

The property includes a well-maintained garden and an outdoor area where guests can sit and relax. The garden is noted as spacious and peaceful, providing a quiet retreat after a day in the city.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. On-site private parking is free and does not require a reservation; it is secured by a gate. The hotel offers daily room cleaning, luggage storage, and a shared lounge with a TV. A safety deposit box is available in each room. Invoice service can be provided on request. The reception staff are noted as welcoming and helpful, often offering early check-in when possible. For business needs, free fax and photocopying services are available. The hotel does not allow pets and is a non-smoking property throughout.
