Edinburgh Castle is 4 km away, Murrayfield Stadium 3 km, and the National Museum of Scotland 5 km. The west end of the city centre is a 45-minute walk. On-site private parking is free and does not require reservation, but street parking is available if needed. The neighbourhood is quiet and considered safe, with a large Sainsbury's, M&S, and several cafés at Craigleith Retail Park less than 10 minutes on foot. An Indian restaurant (COVE) is a 1-minute walk away. The Cramond Beach area is also within easy reach by bus.

Each room includes a private bathroom (either en-suite or across the hall, depending on the room), with a shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries.
