The property sits in a leafy, residential neighbourhood in Prague 5, roughly 5 km from Prague Castle and St. Vitus Cathedral, 6 km from Charles Bridge and Old Town Square, and 12 km from Václav Havel Airport. The walk to the tram stop is about 7 minutes but involves a noticeable uphill section and a flight of approximately 300 steps on one route - this makes the location less practical for travellers with limited mobility, heavy luggage, or a stroller. Once on the tram, the journey to the centre is straightforward, with frequent services. A supermarket (Albert), several cafés, and restaurants such as U Sousedu, Paul, and L'Estaminet are within a 5-10-minute walk, and the forested Klamovka park area is nearby for a peaceful break.

The studios are modern and well-equipped with a kitchenette (stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware, electric kettle, tea and coffee maker), a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a washing machine with a dryer. The sleeping setup comprises a double bed and a pull-out sofa bed; the sofa bed has been described as narrow and uncomfortable, with a metal bar running across the mattress, so it is best suited for a child or as a backup rather than for a second adult who needs a good night's sleep. Some units have had cleanliness issues upon arrival (hair, dirty cushions, unpleasant odours), and soundproofing between apartments and from the street is poor, especially for light sleepers. Rooms on upper floors have no lift access. The unit is compact, and the living, sleeping and kitchen areas are combined in one open space. Air conditioning is not available - opening windows is the only cooling option, which can let in noise and mosquitos during summer.

The aparthotel does not provide a restaurant, bar, or breakfast service. Guests should plan to self-cater using the well-equipped kitchenette (stovetop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker) or eat at one of the nearby restaurants such as U Sousedu na Kavalirce (Greek, 0.5 km), Satelit (0.5 km), Paul (bakery/café, 0.5 km), L'Estaminet (0.5 km), or Osteria Antika (Italian, 1 km). A supermarket (Albert) is within a 5-minute walk, and a larger Lidl is a little further - convenient for stocking the kitchen. The kitchen also contains basic supplies (salt, sugar, oil, dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid) which makes self-catering straightforward.
