The hotel sits in a peaceful, green neighbourhood away from the bustle of the centre. The metro stations Budějovická and Pankrác are each about a 10-minute walk away; from Pankrác the city centre (Wenceslas Square, Muzeum stop) is reached in 7 minutes, and from Budějovická in 8 minutes. A bus stop is right outside (2 minutes on foot), providing a quick alternative to the metro. The Arkády Pankrác shopping centre is a 5-minute walk for groceries and shopping. The quiet setting is a genuine asset for light sleepers, but the immediate area around the hotel is poorly lit after 9pm, so using public transport for evening returns is recommended.

Breakfast is not included in the room rate but can be ordered separately; it consists of a set menu (three options) served in a simple, home-style setting. There is no restaurant on the premises, but several dining options are within a short walk: pizzeria La Casata (500m), the Czech restaurant Šalanda u Čejpu (350m), and Aureole Fusion Restaurant and Lounge (1km) with city views. A vending machine on the ground floor offers drinks and snacks. The hotel itself does not have a bar or evening meal service, so plan for dinner either in the neighbourhood or en route back.
