HILTON VACATION CLUB CHARTER CLUB NAPLES BAY, Naples

Situated on the waterfront of Naples Bay, the resort is less than 2 km from the nearest beach and the historic Naples Pier - about 4-5 blocks or a 10-15 minute walk. 5th Avenue, with its boutiques, galleries, and restaurants, is a short walk away (around 5 minutes). Tin City and other shopping areas are also within easy walking distance. Free bike rental makes exploring the area effortless, and free on-site parking means driving to the beach or Lowdermilk Park is convenient. The nearest beach, Naples Pier, is about a 4-minute drive, and a public boat launch is adjacent to the property, offering great views of boat traffic.

Each unit is a multi-room suite designed for extended stays. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom layout includes a living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and tea/coffee maker. Bedrooms have comfortable beds with bedside USB charging ports. The suites are air-conditioned, with separate climate controls, and feature flat-screen cable TVs, a safe, and ironing facilities. All units have a private balcony or lanai with a bay view, and many are newly renovated with modern decor, new carpet, and spacious layouts. The lack of an elevator means upper floors involve stairs; requesting a lower floor can avoid hauling luggage. Some end units may have a less expansive view. Noise from neighboring units is minimal, and the property is generally quiet.

The pool area features a 9.1 m climate-controlled outdoor swimming pool, a hot tub, and a separate children's pool, all overlooking Naples Bay. Sun loungers surround the pool, but shaded spots are limited before mid-afternoon. The property provides free beach chairs (first-come, first-served), and guests can borrow beach umbrellas, fishing poles, and bicycles at no charge. A children's playground and board games / puzzles are available for families. For active recreation, nearby options include golf courses (within 3 km), hiking, cycling, canoeing, and fishing. The resort also has a business centre, concierge service, and picnic/BBQ area.

Free private parking is available on site and does not require a reservation, with accessible spaces provided. Wi-Fi is free in all rooms. Each suite includes a private washer and dryer, and complimentary laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets are supplied. Luggage storage is available for early arrivals or late departures. The 24-hour front desk offers concierge service, and staff can arrange bike and beach gear rentals. The business centre includes free fax/photocopying. Security includes 24-hour surveillance, CCTV, smoke alarms, and fire extinguishers. No pets are allowed; only ADA-defined service animals are permitted. The resort is wheelchair accessible with ADA rooms available on request. Accepted payment methods are American Express, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard.
