Tin City and other shopping areas are also within easy walking distance. Free bike rental makes exploring the area effortless, and free on-site parking means driving to the beach or Lowdermilk Park is convenient. The nearest beach, Naples Pier, is about a 4-minute drive, and a public boat launch is adjacent to the property, offering great views of boat traffic.

Each unit is a multi-room suite designed for extended stays. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom layout includes a living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and tea/coffee maker. Bedrooms have comfortable beds with bedside USB charging ports. The suites are air-conditioned, with separate climate controls, and feature flat-screen cable TVs, a safe, and ironing facilities. The lack of an elevator means upper floors involve stairs; requesting a lower floor can avoid hauling luggage. Some end units may have a less expansive view.
