The location is the property's strongest asset. Florenc bus station (300 m) and metro station provide direct access to the city centre and the airport (13 km). Charles Bridge (2 km) and Prague Castle (3 km) are within a reasonable walk or short tram ride. An excellent choice for exploring Prague on foot or by public transport, especially for those arriving by international bus. The immediate area is safe and well-served by trams, but the main road can be busy and loud.

Rooms are very small with limited storage - no wardrobe or shelf space, so luggage must be kept on the bed. Most rooms face the street and have poorly sealed windows, making traffic and tram noise a real issue. Summer heat is uncomfortable as there is no air conditioning; only a fan is provided. Bedding and towels are provided but can be worn. The shared bathroom situation (up to 8 people, 1-2 toilets, 1-2 showers) means queuing at peak times. Ideal for travellers who only need a cheap, central place to sleep and shower.

The communal kitchen has a microwave, refrigerator, and a hob, but utensils are very limited - no cups, plates, or cutlery were consistently provided. Many cafés and restaurants are within a 3-minute walk: Loving Hut (vegan) 0.5 km, Hanabi Sushi House 0.5 km, and several grill/bistros. The property offers no breakfast, so plan to buy supplies or eat out.

Wi-Fi is free and works reliably in rooms. The building has a lift, useful for luggage. The shared kitchen includes a washing machine and dryer. Parking is available 300 m away at a guarded lot (€13-16/day, cash only). Late self-check-in works smoothly. A daily cleaner maintains common areas, but hygiene standards are inconsistent. No luggage storage; use the Florenc station lockers (300 m). The property does not accept pets.
