Burger Theory is the hotel's full-service restaurant, open Monday to Saturday for dinner from 5:30 PM to 11 PM. On Sunday evenings, only room service is available from 6 PM to 9 PM. Breakfast is served daily from 6 AM to 10:30 AM, offering a hot buffet for an additional charge of 16 CAD with options like eggs, sausage, cereal, and blueberry pancakes. Gluten-free options are available. The dinner menu focuses on burgers and craft beer, served in a lively setting. Kids 11 and under eat free from the main menu with a paying adult. A snack bar and vending machines are also on site for lighter bites and drinks.

The indoor pool is heated and open year-round, with a waterslide and a separate hot tub/Jacuzzi. Access is free for registered guests. Due to limited space, the pool operates on a reservation system: 45-minute slots per room, maximum 6 persons, available Mon-Fri 9AM-10PM. Weekend hours may vary. The pool is a major draw for families, but it can be busy and noisy with children, especially during peak times.
