The property sits in a leafy, safe neighbourhood with a bus stop immediately outside (route E3). Turnham Green station is a 7-10 minute walk, providing District line services to central London in about 20 minutes, and to Heathrow in approximately 45 minutes by public transport. Local amenities include a grocery store next door, a café and bakery opposite, and several restaurants such as The Swan (1 km) and Le Vacherin (1 km). Kew Gardens and Portobello Road Market are within easy reach.

All rooms feature carpeted floors, a wardrobe, TV, hairdryer, and access to a shared dining table. The apartment contains four rooms and two bathrooms. Room sizes vary - some are spacious for a family, while others are more compact. Mattress quality differs by room: some have comfortable, supportive beds, while others have older, less comfortable mattresses. Windows open only a few centimetres and there is no air conditioning; portable fans are provided in some rooms. Due to the shared layout and thin internal walls, noise from other rooms and street traffic (bus stop) can be audible. Access is via a steep, narrow staircase.

The shared kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, and dining table. Guests are given labelled space in the fridge and cupboards. A washing machine and iron are also available. There is no restaurant or breakfast service, but several cafes and restaurants are within a short walk, including Oscars Cafe Bistro (0.5 km) and The Swan (1 km). A grocery store next door makes it convenient to shop for self-catering supplies.
