HOMEABOUT SMART ROOMS TETUAN - SIN RECEPCION, Madrid

Units come with a private bathroom, refrigerator, microwave, and flat-screen TV. Bed configurations vary, with some apartments offering three beds and others one or two beds. The apartments are described as compact and functionally furnished, with basic but modern equipment. Some rooms are on the ground floor or in a semi-basement, resulting in limited natural light and poor air circulation. Noise from the street and neighbouring units is a significant issue due to thin walls and poor soundproofing; rooms near the entrance are especially affected. Air conditioning is not available; portable fans are provided instead. The main bedroom in some units has a window at street level, and bedding consists of a thin sheet with no blanket. Wardrobe space and storage are minimal.

No breakfast, restaurant, bar, or cafe is available on site. Each apartment has a small kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave, suitable for heating pre-prepared food or making coffee, but not for full cooking. Several supermarkets (Alcampo, Mercadona, Carrefour, Aldi) are within walking distance for groceries. Local bars and tapas places such as La Castanal and Tates Bravo Murillo are within 0.5 km.
