The surrounding area is best explored on foot, and the nearest metro station is just two streets away for direct connections to Lyon Part-Dieu station. Lyon Saint Exupery Airport is 30 km away. The apartment includes 1 bedroom with a mezzanine bed accessed via a steep metal ladder - the sofa bed on the ground floor offers an alternative. The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and essential cookware. The living area features a TV, a wardrobe, parquet floors, and an inner courtyard view. The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. The portable air conditioner can be noisy and struggles to cool the mezzanine on hot days. The lighting throughout the apartment is dim, especially in the mezzanine area. Soundproofing is limited: noise from the restaurant courtyard and neighbouring apartments can be heard. The property is on the 3rd floor with a small lift accessible.

The apartment's fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and basic cooking essentials such as oil, tea, coffee, and sugar. For those who prefer dining out, the surrounding streets are lined with bouchons, bistros, and cafés. Notable nearby options include Fiston and Le Bistrot de Lyon (0.5 km), L'Epicerie (0.5 km), and several others within a 5-minute walk, offering everything from traditional Lyonnaise cuisine to international flavours. The property's own dining facilities are limited to the kitchen, but the central location provides exceptional access to the city's food scene.

While no on-site spa, gym, or pool is available, guests can join guided walking tours, bike tours, or classes about local culture for an additional fee. The neighbourhood is ideal for exploring on foot, with the Museum of Fine Arts, Musée Miniature et Cinéma, and the Basilica of Notre-Dame de Fourvière all within walking distance. The nearby river is perfect for a stroll, and an ice-skating rink is present in the surroundings.
