Alvarado and Cuatro Caminos metro stations (lines 1 and 6) are each about a three-minute walk, providing direct connections to central Madrid, Gran Vía, and the airport via metro. The Santiago Bernabéu stadium is 20 minutes on foot. The immediate area has supermarkets, banks, pharmacies and multiple dining options. The building entrance requires climbing 5-6 steps before reaching the lift. Street noise is audible in front-facing rooms, though some rooms overlook a quieter interior courtyard.

Single, double, twin and triple rooms are available. All rooms are small; space is very limited, making them most suitable for short stays or travellers who plan to be out most of the day. Interior rooms have no window, so requesting a room with a window is advisable. Some rooms have a balcony or a small terrace. The bathrooms are correspondingly compact, with a bath or shower and free toiletries. Wardrobes are minimal, and some rooms have only a few hangers. The beds are generally comfortable, though mattress quality varies; some mattresses are softer. The air conditioning is centralised and cannot be adjusted per room.

Breakfast is not served at the hostal. The surrounding street has numerous cafés, bakeries and supermarkets within a one-minute walk. The reception area provides a coffee machine and a microwave for guest use. Several dining options are within 300 metres, including La Esquina Caribeña, Piccola Napoli, and The Good Burger TGB.

The property does not have a swimming pool, spa or fitness centre. The location provides easy access to the Paseo de la Castellana and the Santiago Bernabéu stadium by foot or metro.
