HOSTAL AVENIDA ANDALUCIA - SOLO ADULTOS, Seville

The hostel sits on Avenida Andalucia, approximately 5 km from central Seville. The bus stop directly opposite provides two direct lines to the city centre in 15-20 minutes, making car-free access straightforward. A taxi to the centre costs around €10. Nearby dining options within 0.5 km include Cerveceria Gambrinus, Bodega Mi Tierra, Bar El Nene, Casa Julian and Cantina; a shopping mall is also within walking distance. The location is practical for travellers with a car or those using public transport, rather than pedestrians wanting immediate central access.

Room types range from single, double, twin, triple and studio to suites and a deluxe suite with hot tub. All rooms include air conditioning, heating and a flat-screen TV. Private bathrooms feature a shower or bath; one room type has a shared bathroom located outside the room. Some double rooms and suites include a hot tub. Views vary between inner courtyard, quiet street, pool or the main avenue. The property is older and the decor is basic; some rooms show signs of wear. Road-facing rooms and rooms near the pool-bar can be noisy, particularly at night. For better sleep, request a room overlooking the inner courtyard.

The family-friendly restaurant, RESTAURANTE HOSTAL AVENIDA ANDALUCÍA, offers Mediterranean dishes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, high tea and cocktail hour. A continental breakfast is available for €10. The 24-hour bar serves snacks, pizzas, wine and cocktails, and room service is available around the clock. The on-site dining is convenient; surrounding tapas bars and cafés are also within a short walk.

The outdoor pool is covered and seasonal, equipped with loungers, umbrellas, a pool bar and towels. Opening hours are 12:00-22:00, so morning swims are not possible. The hot tub and a public bath are also available, both free of charge. The sun terrace and garden provide additional space for relaxation. Some rooms include an in-room hot tub for private use. The pool area can be lively, with music from the bar until 22:30.

The 24-hour front desk offers express check-in/out, concierge service and a tour desk. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. Daily housekeeping and trouser press are included. Luggage storage is free, and electric scooters can be stored on request, preferably with a ground-floor room reservation. Parking costs €8 per night for 5 spaces; reservation is essential. A 24-hour security system with CCTV and safety deposit boxes is in place. The property is wheelchair accessible with grab rails in some toilets. No pets are allowed.
