CASA PUREZA, Seville

The guest house is located 13 km from Seville Airport and places the Royal Alcázar of Seville 1 km away, Plaza de España 2 km away, and the Giralda and Cathedral within easy walking distance. The surrounding streets are quiet, with numerous tapas bars, cafés, and restaurants within a 2-minute walk, plus a supermarket for self-catering supplies. Triana's lively riverbank and the Santa Ana square are just around the corner. Guests who prefer not to walk can use nearby bicycle rentals or the EA airport bus line, which stops close to the property. The area feels safe and offers a peaceful night's sleep compared to the busier cathedral quarter.

Each room includes a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries, plus a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee making facilities, and a minibar. Several rooms feature a balcony, some overlooking the quiet street and others facing the inner courtyard. The kitchenettes are equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and kitchenware. Rooms vary in size: some are larger with a sofa bed and dining area, while others are slightly more compact. All rooms have heating and air conditioning, making them comfortable year-round. The building's thick walls and double-glazed windows keep rooms quiet, and some interior-facing units are especially silent. The overall feel is clean, bright, and tastefully decorated with authentic Andalusian tiles.

The area directly around the property is packed with tapas bars and restaurants, such as Vega 10, Bar La Vina, and El Meson de Emilio, all within 2-3 minutes on foot. A supermarket is nearby for those who prefer to use the in-room kitchenette to prepare their own meals. Most rooms have a fridge, microwave, and toaster, making simple breakfasts or snacks easy to manage. The café and bar scene is lively, with plenty of options for coffee, a quick meal, or evening drinks, ensuring no one goes without dining choices.

The rooftop terrace provides a pleasant space to unwind in the evening, with enough room for a few guests to sit and enjoy the sunset. The inner courtyard, accessible from the entrance hall and some rooms, offers a charming, shaded spot with traditional azulejo tiles. The property has no spa, gym, or pool, but the location makes it easy to explore Seville's parks and riverside walks on foot or by bicycle, and the surrounding streets are filled with local bars and live flamenco venues close by.

The building has no on-site parking, but paid public parking can be found nearby (approx. 25 EUR per 24 hours). Free street parking is occasionally available on certain days. The host provides a detailed online guide with room access instructions; there is no traditional front desk, but the host is responsive via messaging and available to help with transport bookings or local recommendations. The property allows luggage storage in a secure room both before check-in and after check-out, which is particularly useful for guests with late trains or flights. The entire building is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. All rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV with Netflix access, and the Wi-Fi is reliable for streaming and general use.
