HOSTAL PUERTA BONITA VISTA ALEGRE, EDIFICIO SIN ASCENSOR, Madrid

The property sits in a quiet residential street in Carabanchel, two minutes from Vista Alegre metro station on Line 5. Direct access to central Madrid takes about 15 minutes. Regular buses also stop nearby. The area is well served by bars, cafés, supermarkets, and a pharmacy within a five-minute walk, and there are several restaurants - including Taberna La Romana, Foster's Hollywood, and Jamones Andres Becerro - within 0.5 km. Free street parking is available around the hotel, and a paid garage is located at Calle Batalla de Torrijos 4. The Vista Alegre Arena is 150 m away, making it a practical base for events there. For those on foot or by public transport, the location works well as a launchpad for the city.

All rooms feature tiled floors, warm colour schemes, and modern fixtures. Each has a private bathroom - many recently renovated with good showers - alongside a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, flat-screen TV with DVD player, and an electric kettle. Double-glazed windows and heating provide good sound insulation and climate control. The rooms are noted for being unusually large for the price, with excellent cleanliness and daily housekeeping that changes sheets and towels. There is no balcony and no kitchenette, but the ample space and new furniture (where updated) make for a comfortable stay. The building has no lift, so all rooms are accessed by stairs. This accommodation is well suited for solo travellers, couples, or small groups who prioritise cleanliness, quiet, and practical amenities over luxury extras.

There are no wellness facilities at the property - no swimming pool, spa, or gym. For outdoor leisure, a large park is within walking distance of the hotel. The surrounding Carabanchel neighbourhood offers various bars, cafés, and shops for relaxed downtime. The main focus here is on practical, clean accommodation at an excellent value location.

The services are practical for short stays: free Wi-Fi is available in the rooms, and daily housekeeping includes linen and towel changes. Luggage storage is free - particularly useful if you have a late departure. Express check-in and check-out are available, and the reception can provide concierge and tour desk services. A public transport ticket service is also offered. Safety features include CCTV in common areas, a security alarm, and key access. There is no lift, so all rooms are accessible by stairs. The property accepts Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Red 6000, Maestro, and UnionPay credit cards.
