SUITES RECIEN REFORMADAS VISTA ALEGRE, Madrid

The property is in a lively, well-served residential area with a Lidl supermarket, pharmacy, bakeries, and numerous restaurants, bars, and cafés within a 2-5 minute walk. The metro station is 50-100 metres away and covers the city centre and destinations like Gran Vía and Plaza Mayor. Palacio de Vistalegre is a short walk, ideal for concert-goers, while Parque de Atracciones is 5 km away. Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport is about 19 km away and is best reached by metro (line 5) with a change to line 8. The area is generally considered safe for walking at all times, and provides abundant nearby eateries for dinner or drinks.

The suite types vary: some are spacious one-bedroom units with a separate bedroom, while others are compact studio-style rooms with no external windows - only skylights. All units feature a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, cookware), a dining table, a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine and dryer. The private bathrooms are modern but small, with a walk-in shower. Soundproof walls help reduce noise from other rooms, though light sleepers may still hear movement. King-size beds and quality mattresses provide comfort, and the entire space is kept spotlessly clean. Room selection is key: for a family or longer stays, a larger unit with natural light is advisable; for a short city break, the compact studio is functional.

Breakfast is not offered, but the kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, cookware, and utensils) is well equipped for preparing simple meals. The neighbourhood has numerous options: Friends y Food, Restaurante Gabri, Taberna La Romana, and a variety of bars and cafés, all within 0.5 km. There is also a supermarket (Lidl) at the end of the street, a fruit shop, and a bakery. A functional choice is to cook breakfast or a light dinner in the apartment, and explore the local Spanish cuisine for other meals.

No on-site wellness or leisure facilities are available. The central Madrid attractions, parks (e.g., Parque de Atracciones), and entertainment venues (Palacio de Vistalegre) are reachable by metro in a short time. The neighbourhood itself provides easy access to walking, local shopping, and dining experiences, but guests seeking a swimming pool or spa should look elsewhere.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property with speeds up to 1 Gbps, suitable for remote work and streaming. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available (service upon request). Luggage storage is offered for early arrivals or late departures. Daily cleaning service is included and can be declined on request. The property has CCTV in common areas, and accepts Visa/MasterCard. Reception is not staffed; check-in is self-service via WhatsApp with detailed instructions. The host is responsive by messaging. No pets, no smoking, and no outside events are allowed.
