HOSTAL RR FERIA BY BELERET, Valencia

The property is located 250 m from Les Carolines/Fira metro station, providing direct connections to Valencia city centre (around 20 minutes). Bus 62 stops nearby and travels directly to the city centre. The area is a calm, ordinary Valencia neighbourhood with a supermarket and a park within walking distance. Free on-street parking is generally available, making it a practical base for car users. The City of Arts and Sciences is 14 km away, and Valencia Bioparc is a 5-minute drive. The Jesuit church is a 4-minute walk from the property. Note that the last metro on weekdays departs around 22:30.

Rooms are described as clean with practical facilities: each unit has a private bathroom with a shower, a 32-inch flat-screen TV, soundproofed windows, a wardrobe, and air conditioning. The property is older and some rooms show wear - noisy beds, creaking doors and windows, and occasional maintenance issues such as loose shower heads have been noted. Road-facing rooms are exposed to street noise. Rooms on the first floor are accessible only by stairs as there is no lift. The overall feel is basic but functional, suitable for a short stay or for visitors prioritising price and location over modern decor.

Breakfast is a continental buffet served at the Hotel Beleret, located just around the corner. For other meals, a bar is located in front of the property, and several dining options are within walking distance, including a McDonald's (0.5 km) and local restaurants such as San Antonio, El Parque and La Solana (0.5 km). There is a vending machine for drinks in the TV lounge. Guests arriving late can grab food and drinks at the bar across the street.

Wellness and leisure amenities are absent from this property, which focuses on providing affordable, practical accommodation. The surrounding area is quiet and residential, with a local park nearby for a short walk or run. The TV lounge with tables is available for relaxation.
