SUNDOS FERIA VALENCIA, Valencia

The hotel is directly opposite Feria Valencia, making it an excellent base for trade fairs and events. Valencia Airport is 10 km away. The tram stop and bus 62 provide direct links to the city centre, though the centre is too far to walk for most. A Mercadona supermarket is within the same block, and several restaurants and bars are within a 5-minute walk. Free on-street parking is sometimes available nearby, and the paid on-site parking offers a secure option.

Room types include double, twin, triple, and family rooms with up to 3 beds. Air conditioning and heating are provided, and many rooms have soundproofing. Some rooms face the street or a courtyard, and those above the adjacent bar can be very noisy, especially on weekend nights. Rooms vary in size; family rooms are spacious, while double rooms can feel compact. Some rooms have a private bathroom with a bath, while others have a shared facility. Certain rooms have a hot tub for an additional charge.

Restaurante #1 offers breakfast and lunch in a family-friendly setting. The bar and snack bar provide lighter options. Vending machines with drinks and snacks are available in the lobby, and a shared dining space is equipped with a microwave, toaster, and kettle. Several restaurants and pizzerias are within walking distance, including San Antonio (0.5 km), La Solana (0.5 km), and El Parque (0.5 km).

The main leisure facility is the hot tub/Jacuzzi, which can be booked for an extra fee. The sun terrace and outdoor furniture provide a space to relax outdoors. The hotel's location near Feria Valencia does not offer direct beach access, but the coast is reachable by tram or car.

The hotel offers free Wi-Fi in many rooms, though connectivity can be inconsistent. Private on-site parking costs €8 per day and does not require a reservation - bicycles can also be stored securely. An airport shuttle and public transport tickets are available for a fee. Luggage storage is an additional service. Reception is open from 09:00 to 22:00; late check-in must be pre-arranged. Daily housekeeping, laundry, and dry cleaning are free of charge. A shared kitchen and a lounge/TV area are available for guest use. The hotel has a lift and is accessible parking.
