The property offers double, twin, and family rooms, each with a private bathroom (shower, hairdryer) and a flat-screen TV. Room sizes are compact - suitable mainly for sleeping and getting ready. Partitions between rooms and the corridor are thin, making noise from neighbouring rooms, hallway footsteps, and water pipes audible; earplugs are recommended for light sleepers. Some rooms show visible wear, humidity marks, or minor damage. Rooms facing the inner courtyard are notably quieter and come with natural light. Upper-floor rooms are reachable by lift.

The guest house does not offer on-site breakfast, a restaurant, or a bar.
